There have been a ton of requests from all you craftsmen out there asking for a tutorial on how to make a passport holder. The wait is over!

Start by picking your favorite leather, This is Marble Shell Cordovan Leather. 

Lay out your template and trace it.

Next, cut it out. This is what your pieces should look like.

Use leather glue to hold the pieces together.

 

Next use the stitching chisel to press the leather together and prepare it for the final stitches. Use a stitching pony to sew it together. 

Last step is to add your logo an you are finished!

Now you can enjoy your custom, luxury, passport holder!
